Hi guys, I’m really stressing out. My son (3) had this lump (hasn’t grown or anything really) since about 11months old. He’s had an ultrasound when he was about 18m but he wouldn’t stay still and was really distressed. I thought it would’ve gone by now but it’s still very much there so booked another GP appt and I’m not really happy with the outcome. They’ve said they’ll request another ultrasound but unsure whether they’ll accept as he only had his 2y ago🙄 and also said that she wasn’t sure what it was. I asked her if it could be anything sinister and she said that she ‘highly doubts it’ so this has just tipped my anxiety over the edge. I don’t suppose anyone has any experience or knows of anyone who’s had similar? Going out of my mind a bit 😕

Should also add that this lump does disappear if you sort of press it back in and makes a crackling sort of feel when you do so. I did suggest hernia to the GP but again, she didn’t say much. Thanks in advanceSmile
