Itchy foot for +6m

The sole of my foot is so itchy it can keep me awake. I treated like athletes foot, in fact continue to do so, so using Lamisol at the mo, have been through daktarin, tried gels, sprays, creams. Am also using an E45 itch relief cream. And have tried E45. Anyone ever had this?! There are no visible signs.

Me too. Bizarre haven’t treated it. Mine is in a very specific area at the heel end of the arch. Feels like athletes foot but that lives between the toes usually

I had the same symptoms on the sole of my foot in one specific spot. The itching nearly drove me mad. My GP diagnosed it as eczema (I have asthma, so eczema is always the automatic goto for any skin problem, even when I developed psoriasis as the side-effect of a medication) and I used the appropriate cream but it didn't go away.

I had to see another doctor in an emergency, and she said it was a fungal infection and to use Canestan. Worked a treat.
