Two sore dark raised 'pores' in areola on one side - I gave up BFing a week ago

I was washing in the shower this morning and felt sore and saw these two dark raised 'pores' or ??hair follicles next to the nipple on the areola on my right side. Almost mole like but not. I was also leaking milk in the shower but not from these two areas (I tried to see if any would come out too). I gave up BFing a week ago (DD is 1) and went from 2 feeds to none over about 10 days. Has anyone else had this??

They sound like Montgomer's tubercles which are normal. They often become more pronounced in pregnancy or when b/f. I stopped b/f 5 years ago but sometimes still get them raised up.
