Hello. Just wondered if anyone has any experience of this. Had a piles flare-up about a year ago and its happening again. I'm in my 50s so no doubt meno related. I have one large pile which is showing no signs of retreating after 10 days. Can't be pushed back in and pretty painful. Have used otc cream but not really helped and it says not to use longer than 7 days. If you've had this, how long did your flare-up last? I'm tempted to speak to GP but last time I just got given otc pessaries. Am aware getting any kind of procedure might be difficult atm too given backlogs etc and it not being serious...
