Liposomal vitamin C

Does anyone here take a liposomal vitamin C?

Apparently the vitamin C is surrounded by some fat or lipids, I don't know. I don't know the stuff behind it but apparently the body is able to absorb it better.

I find the prices are so expensive for a months supply.

I am thinking about getting a packet though. I will be going into a period in work that will likely bring me some stress. I am also going through some health issues and the early days of a diagnosis. I'm also waiting on some biopsy results and I am finding this patch of time stressful. I'm doing my best to get on with life and to put it to the back of my mind but it's hard at times. I am keeping busy.
I am thinking about getting a particular vitamin C in the hope my body and maybe even my mind benefits from it.

What do you think?

Hey AutumnDance, hope you're well. I swear by Love Liposomal vitamin C, i think they are running 10 pounds off first orders at the moment! It also tastes nice which is a bonus. www.loveliposomal.co.uk :)

I've been taking it for some years now. I read that high dose vitamin C helps with skin elasticity and absorption of collagen. My skin is very good, though it might be anyway! I don't know about taking it for stress. The reason for the liposomes is to get it into your gut without causing stomach upset, which high doses of ordinary tablets are liable to cause.

I take it as it helps something else to absorb. Mine tastes minging though so I might try the one recommended by busymumlife next.
