I've been prescribed a three day course and just had my first one. How long after first tablet did your symptoms easy?

It is usually effective quickly. But you might want to take mannose supplements as well as you chances of getting another soon are high.

Mine started easing within a couple of hours however I did have to have 6 courses of antibiotics to clear my UTI as it wouldn't budge.
