Postural hypotension

I have just sort of been diagnosed with postural hypotension, I'm dizzy and lightheaded all the time and cardiologist believes my blood pressure is low and that is why, I have been referred for a TTT in the meantime but for now she just suggested lifestyle changes, anyone have any tips? I know more salt, more water and compression, I found these don't really make a difference for me but I believe I am inconsistent as I didn't actually know what was wrong, now I know this is more of a possibility I will definitely be more consistent but just want to know what else I can try? I do really suffer on a daily basis :(

Depends on how low and when it drops tbh. Did they not start you in bramox?

I'm not sure of how low, she didn't even check my BP today just went by previous checking a mostly on the low normal but there was a time I did a stand test in a&e which went extremely low in her words, she said she does not want to start me on medication because I'm young and wants me to try lifestyle changes first because medication 'is not a miracle cure' in her words :/
