Tenderness after scope

I had a colonoscopy last week. I was experiencing some tenderness in my sides since then. No big pains. Just some tenderness at times. They feel like pinches. Sometimes it feels like a spasm or a cramp. I was afraid to take paracetamol in the first few days in case it would mask a fever so because the pain wasn't too bad I powered on through taking my temperature regularly in case a fever appeared. No fever came and I am just justing paracetamol now. I reckon if fever was to present after the scope or would have appeared by now.

Just wondering if I should be making a doctors appointment to be seen. Maybe for some diazepam or something or will I just stick it out with the paracetamol for now.

Did anyone else feel tender after a colonoscopy? It's mad. It's over a week since I was scoped. There was a polyp removed and some biopsies but I don't know how many biopsies. The tenderness feels like they are at the bends of the colon.
