Iron tablets

I'm back on the Iron tablets only one a day but im really struggling to stomach them this time round. Constant nausea and indigestion and upset stomach. Any tips?

Taking them last thing at night before bed seems to work for me.

Ok thanks i might try that then. As i take them first thing in the morning. I will try taking them at night tomorrow.
