I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas on ‘tonics’ or supplements to take. I’m 42 and normally fit, well and healthy. Covid struck in December and since then I have had two colds, reoccurring eye infections which have requires treatment (4 of them) and now I have shingles. Never before have I felt quite so run down and shit. I eat healthily, I probably weigh a stone too much so can definitely improve on that but I’m wondering what I can do to try and help boost my immunity again as I have had it with feeling crap!
