Feeling Dreadful, Not COVID anyone else?

Been dragging through feeling run down for a few weeks now but have been floored by symptoms last few days. No cough, cold or sore throat.

Worsening pounding headache, facial pain, aching in limbs, killer exhaustion and mild breathlessness. Pain is now in all my joints including hands and feet to the point I can't lift a kettle. Drugged feeling in head and jelly legs but strangely despite being shattered, too wired and jittery to sleep. Heart has been racing too and feel shaky.

LFT negative but I'm not so sure. Anyone else had this?

Might be worth getting a PCR as lots of false negatives with LFT. Otherwise rest, fluids, paracetamol! Hope you feel better

I only had a headache, but after my kids (teacher) had a range of symptoms including throwing up, I did a lateral flow (negative) and a pcr - it was covid.

Yes I am the same. Exhausted, headache, breathless and sore throat. I’ve very testing all week with antigens but all negative. I think it must be another virus. I’ve been like this on and off since December. I thought it might be ‘winter blues’ but it isn’t improving.

@Annasgirl So sorry to hear you are unwell also. It's miserable isn't it. Hope you feel lots better soon, it's no fun when these bugs linger.

Thank you Ladies. I think I will definitely get a PCR test tomorrow to be on the safe side. I don't think the LFT tests give reliable results.
