Post viral fatigue

Last week my family all succumbed to the virus that's been doing the rounds in our area, not covid, but cold/flu very very similar to it.

I'm over the most active phase of the virus, and my kids just have slight coughs remaining. The issue is I am absolutely crippled by fatigue, to the point that typing this out on my iPad is making my wrists and arms ache.

I have fibromyalgia and have fallen victim to post viral fatigue in the past, after I had covid in 2020 it went on for months. Very keen for it not to be that bad this time. Any tips? I'm already taking a good multivitamin, magnesium and omega 3.

We just wanted to bump this for you in case someone with advice is about now.

Hope you start to feel better soon. Flowers

Hi op, no advice but I had covid in December & have post viral fatigue too. (Plus M.E. & fibro) I understand your frustration. X
