What is this if it's not covid?

2 weeks ago I had 24 hours of diarrhea, got dehydrated. Next day started with a cough, sore throat and temperature (38/39.) Had this for a week, exhausted, sleeping during the day, breathless, chest pain. By this point had done 15 lateral flows and 2 PCRs. All negative.

2 weeks later, I have the same but the phlegm is more green/tinged with blood. Coughing fits. After the coughing fits I get episodes of diarrhea again. What do I do now?

I had covid before last year, and tested positive, but I am not testing positive now. So what is it and what should I do next?

It sounds ghastly. Have you filled in an econsult form? Flu can have gastric symptoms, I think. I suppose it’s possible that cough medicine might have side effects for you but you don’t mention taking anything.
I hope you get well soon.

Are you getting better?

Poor thing, that sounds awful. You must speak to the gp and see what they advise. It could be pneumonia or something serious but easily treated with antibiotics. I hope you get well soon.
