What were yours? My droop is Mild but was diagnosed after going to dr with facial pain and a really dull headache on affected side. I now
Have a really annoying cold which is making my head so sore when the steroids wear off and man I am not sleeping well. Is this
Normal? I also get tongue pain in the morning and tingling in lips!
My teeth also feel like they are sore.
When will symptoms go away?

I had pretty classic symptoms, an obvious droop (and I could feel it too) and ear pain, struggled to eat normally. I didn't tape my eye shut at night I don't think. My symptoms improved fairly rapidly over a week and then more slowly but still not more than a few weeks overall. Now (several years later) no one else could tell although I can when I'm very tired. Perhaps that is just in my head though.

My husband had bells palsy about 11 years ago. Think he had a cold first and then the slanted face but he can't remember what other symptoms he had with it. It only lasted a few weeks for him.
