Chickenpox immunity

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and was exposed to someone with chickenpox yesterday. The NHS website says if you’ve not had chickenpox or you’re not sure, then you should call 111 if you’re pregnant and have been exposed.
I’ve checked with DM and she said I did have chickenpox when my sisters had it, but they had it badly and I literally had one spot and was otherwise completely fine. Do you still get immunity from such a mild case? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time or seem ridiculous calling up when technically I have had chickenpox.
What’s the reason for calling 111, do they just say to watch for symptoms and call Dr if you actually develop it? I can do that anyway.
Am I overreacting? Or under-reacting? I know it can be serious in pregnancy.

You can have a test to see if you have antibodies. Ask your GP.
