What's this?

Hi everyone, I have got a sore throat on one side. It only just started this evening and came on really quickly. I don't think it's my tonsil, but the area in front. It is much redder than the other side (which doesn't hurt at all). Any ideas?

I have done a LFT (negative).

How is it today OP?

Abrasion? Or a burn from a hot drink?

Got it on the other side of my throat now, as well as a horrible headache, leg aches and a temp! LFTs negative, but have been for a PCR just in case.
