Would any physios answer a quick question please?

I had a very thorough appt with a physio today following an injury in the Autumn. They have diagnosed something which seems spot on to me and given me exercises and advice.

When I got home I realised I had not mentioned one particular symptom and now my anxiety is twitching about whether this would have changed anything.

Can I send anyone a brief message to run this past you? I sound silly writing this but I do over-check a lot in life.

Not a physio but deal with pain conditions if you'd like to ask me?

Why not just get back to your physio? That would be the safest option.

You won't be the first to have forgotten something in the heat of the moment.

Happy for you to message me op

I have messaged @physwizz thank you.

I don’t think you can just get back to the NHS once they are done with you, especially at the moment. Getting the appointment was like doing the Crystal Maze.
