Lower back/spine pain

Went on a 6 mile walk last week and now I have a dull ache in my lower back (seems like my spine/bones rather than muscular). When I had my last child 3 years ago they struggled to get the epidural in because I had some calcification of the spine. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but is this what is causing the problem? Can I do anything to stop it? walking long distances or bike rides leaves me with this pain. I also have separated stomach muscles from pregnancy could this also be an issue? I’m not sure where to go to ask for help with these things. Thanks for reading

I found Pilates helped my back pain. You could also request a physiotherapy assessment?
