I got randomly attacked on Friday night - I was dragged on to the floor, had my head banged off the floor, was punched, kicked and headbutted. Pockets emptied but I had nothing for them to take. Rang the police but there were no cameras so little they could do.
I held an ice pack to my head but no signs of concussion. Over the last day the side of my head/face has swelled up so it's basically round, my eye is swollen but not quite black and I can't open my mouth fully so I think there's some connection to my jaw.
Would you go to A&E or would you say this is just my body reacting and it will heal by itself? I don't want to waste anyones time if not needed but I don't have any family who I can ask for their opinion.
