Kidney Infection and other strange symptoms.

Whilst trying to speak to 111 (one hour and waiting ) and a failed visit to the walk-in (nurse only in attendance) plus a six hour a&e wait currently…
Teenage daughter diagnosed with a kidney infection on Thursday just gone and prescribed CefALEXin. Symptoms included burning pee ( for over a week so likely a uti first), back ache and chills/fever and high temp. Sample has been sent to lab for testing. Struggling to walk and feeling sick.
Started antibiotics and now has stomach pain to add to the symptoms but awoke yesterday with red patches all over her breasts, and impetigo on her lips (suffers from impetigo on her lip quite frequently). Hands are now covered in dermatitis too.
Walk in this morning wouldn’t prescribe anything, not even for her impetigo, however confirmed her temp was in normal range. Still hurts to walk and not sleeping due to need to pee, feeling rotten. Urine still dark.
Told to go to her gp-who at the last visit said to go to a&e if symptoms worsened, but not what to do if new symptoms.
Not sure if she should just head to a&e to wait it out to try and speak to her gp. To add to the fun and games she’s 4 hours away at Uni. We’re thinking of going to bring her home today.
Any experience of these symptoms with a kidney infection?

She definitely needs to go to A&E. Hope she feels better soon x

She’s now at a&e. Out of hours gp concerned it might be Stevens-Johnson syndrome, so was told to go. Had to leave her there as only the patient allowed in the waiting area. Now waiting for news.
