It was only xmas eve that I said to her, oh god you and me both seem quite well. After having weeks of coughs, colds flu etc...

Then xmas day night this started. No sleep last night, and i am losing theplot with her. Her cough is awful.

My sons pre school recommended rubbing vicks on the soles of their feet at night and putting socks over when they wake up in the night couhging.I tired it and it did work, don't know how.

yes this one has been doing the rounds, in fact we tried it last night to no avail.

Just got back and i am pleased as gp detected a bit of a squeak in the lings, I say pleased as in relieved, as we now have anti biotics, which will hopefully improve it.

he did say that she may well have had an infection on other occasions that just wasn't picked up on

she has had the steroid tablet before, but its not helped ( she has mild asthma) so lets hope this helps.

well dd had a bloody awful night, sweats, fever, dreams, wild woman of borneo hair this morning.
coughed all night again. She looks a s tho she's been thru a wringer.

Willkeep up with the medicine. Tell me, when is a chest infection erring towards pneamonia, as I have benn reading posts, about how it can turn into it.

rather worrying, if it means you can miss an infectionin the first place and it turns into pneaumonia.
