My DH has slightly low platelets (145) and slightly high MPV (13.5) from routine standard FBC, should we be worried. A FBC from 2018 was similar (platelets 140). He has no symptoms. Just waiting on GP appointment so we can discuss but wanted to know if anyone had anything similar and what it could mean. Thanks
