Can't tell you but bumping for you in case someone else can. There are plenty of health professionals who are mnetters so if no joy today, keep bumping as its quiet atm.

Bumping for you...

My dd had congenital hip dysplasia, but as all babies where I live are screened for it at birth it was picked up a little earlier than your dd's. She had to wear a Pavlik harness constantly for several weeks, then was allowed half an hour without it per day. I think her hips were a grade 5 when she started (5 being really bad), and this gradually put them back into a normal position over several months. We had to go to the hospital every week to have the harness adjusted and dd's hips checked.

At the time, dd was having tests and numerous check ups for a genetic condition as well (which it turns out that she has also got). She'd got more than enough to deal with already, and it seemed so unfair for this to be wrong as well. I have a very good idea of how you must feel {{hugs}}

deepbreath thank you for replying, sorry about your dd((hugs))

she was checked at birth wi moverments told she had a click hip sent to a pead who was surposed to check, but he just moved her hips once more said she was ok and just do a xray at 6 months to be sure, now this as happened , dont know how bad it is though, if its only slight will they still put harness on?
