Anyone know anything about burns?

Burnt two fingers, one quite badly, one not as bad and my thumb slightly ..

Did it on a mug handle trying to take it out of the microwave’ instead of dropping it which could have been worse I suppose I kept hold of it to place it down

I just didn’t realise the cup handle would burn me, but stupidly I should have coz it was painted gold 🙄😞

Bandaged finger is worst .. it is white and thickened and you can see third finger burn is white too, They have Germolene on them

Took pain meds and I've been scouring the net to get an idea if I should go to A&E . I feel so stupid !

You aren't supposed to put any cream or gel on unless it's specifically for burns, it can hold the heat in. Have a look here

I'm pretty sure you are supposed to get burns on hands checked out. Maybe try calling 111.

If the skin is white on that bandaged finger, it needs seeing.
Please dont put more cream on it.

Yes Maize it is .. I saw it go white within seconds of letting go of the cup handle . Just glad I didn't drop hot liquid over myself too .

I will ring 111 .. l at least if they refer me I should be treated a little better once I go to A&E ..

Worst thing about it it's my right hand and I'm right handed lol ..
