T wave inversion on ecg

Has anyone had this?
Had an ecg and it spits out this..nurse says ive had a heart attack, consultant says no heart attack and further tests needed.
So anxious by it all

T wave inversions can be caused by a range of pathologies but can also be a normal ECG varient. Determining this is going to depend on the shape of the t wave (symmetrical or asymmetrical), other ECG changes alongside the t wave inversions and presenting symptoms/ history.

I'd take the word of the consultant on this one not the nurse.
