Momentary vision loss bending over — one eye

Hi all

I’ve had this for years and I’ve always brushed it off, but sometimes I worry about it and tonight I’ve done the worst thing I could—google.

Quite often when I stand up quickly from bending over, I get momentary vision loss/blacking out in one eye. Literally just seconds. And I feel a bit dizzy and faint for that moment.

I’ve been googling and the main thing that comes up is low blood pressure but nowhere mentions it only happening in one eye. It’s always the same eye.

Does anyone else get this? I’ve gone down a rabbit hole here as of course every scary explanation seems to fit
