After a particularly busy time at work and recent bout of illness I've lost some weight. I've always been on the slim side naturally and when I checked I've now slipped into the underweight category. It's not by that much but I don't look or feel healthy and have a family history of osteoporosis and being underweight creates an increased risk. I've been trying to eat more but seem to be maintaining the current weight rather than putting any on.
Does anyone have any suggestions for healthy foods that will help me gain a bit of weight? I've thought of avocados and adding extra olive oil to things. I teach full-time and have two kids so bonus points for things that are easy and quick.
