Should I be getting this spot checked?

I was doing my hair and I felt a lump at the back of my neck. I don't know how long it's been there for. Tonight was the first time I noticed it. It's feels soft and fleshy.

It's on my neck so I can't investigate it properly. I took some pictures from behind. I have a lot of moles around my body. They are all over me. I don't know if this is a mole or a spot.

Should I be getting an appointment with my GP and gett8this checked out.

Looks harmless to me but if its something you have never noticed before and doesn't go away in a few days its always best to check. You can prob just send a pic to the nurse for simple reassurance
