Fresh red blood/clots

From bottom...

Sorry to post such a thing but a bit worried. Am obviously going to make a Dr's appointment tomorrow but wondered if anyone has experienced this?

Few days ago I had blood on tissue and in bowl after pooing.

This morning I went for a wee and there was blood on tissue. Checked and it was from my bottom (I had not pooped)

Tonight I pooped and there was blood in stool/bowl, on tissue and also clots on
The tissue.

I had stomach surgery 5 months ago with zero issues. And I've read that it's unlikely to be related as that would be brown blood by the time it reaches the rectum?

Any ideas?

I would be calling 111 in your situation, you could be waiting weeks for a GP appointment

My Dr's are pretty good. I can usually get an appointment on the day, so I'm confident I can get seen tomorrow.

Also is it weird to show the Dr photos of the tissue? Blush

If it's red it is fresh so could you have a cut/scratch around your bum that is open ending when you use the toilet?
