Is it ok to stop the pill at any time of the month?

I stopped taking the mini pill a few days after my last period, anyone know if this is ok? Feel very moody and am bloated so I'm guessing it must be something to do with this. The pill is cerazette.

I would have thought so. I know I didn't give it a second thought when I stopped taking mine, so no idea what time of the month it was. You may well feel different though, I would have thought it would just be your hormones changing back etc. Your body will be adapting to not having the pill.

I am not an expert though at all, so don't take my word for it.

Since you don't break from the mini-pill, as with the combined pill, I doubt it matters. You might get some additional spotting, I would think.
