My 6 yr old Ds ws climbing across me in bed this mornign when he landed his knee and the full wieght of his body on my lower abdomen. The pain ws intense but I thought it would go quickly - just like being winded. But it didn't.
I have since had a dull period -like ache all day.
I have a coil and am now worried tha soemthign has happened internally.

Do you think I am over reactign and after a blow like tha a dull ache is the least you'd expect?? Or hsould I keep a careful watch on this?
Don't want to over react - but the ache is very real.

Ooh that sounds ouchy! Take some ibuprofen and if it's no better in the morning call the doctor. I don't know whether a blow could dislodge it but I'm sure you'd rather have that reassurance from a doctor than ruin your entire christmas.
