Sharp pain under left side rib cage

I’ve a very sharp intense pain under my rib cage on the left hand side. It radiates down towards the bank left and into my back a bit. Been there for nearly two hours. I’ve had it once before a couple of months ago.
Google suggests gallstones or pancreatitis - has anyone had either who can describe the pain?

No advice but I get this sometimes. Like around where bra sits. On the left side! Can be worse lying down!

Could it be gastritis I wonder? I get this pain and was prescribed omeprazole by GP. It can flare up quite badly from time to time.

I had gallstones and the pain was horrific. I couldn't get comfortable and almost called an ambulance. I was pregnant at the time and they think I passed them myself before they had to act!

I am (obviously! ) no expert but isn't your gallbladder on the right side of your body, below your liver?

Isn't it your colon on your left side?

I thought left side was stomach and epigastric pain?
