What are these on daughters thigh?

Dsd (13) has just come to show me these on her thigh, she said she's had them for about a year but is only now showing me because they've started to get sore now 🤦🏻‍♀️

Are they raised lumps with a dimple on them? Looks like molluscum.

Could be molluscum contagiosum. They can go a bit angry when they are going away. She's lucky they haven't spread further as you often get new ones coming up as some are clearing up. I'd stick a dressing on it as the contents are the contagious bit
