Tickly throat and vomiting

Has anyone had this or has any ideas of how to deal with it?

The symptoms started with more of a sore throat and annoying cough but the last few days has have had lots of vomiting up mucus including if I try and eat anything. The evenings are the worse. My gp is convinced it’s just a virus, but I’m finding it really difficult to deal with.

Covid negative, if that helps.

Can you keep anything down? I have no experience but it sounds like it’s been going on too long to just hope it’s a virus that will eventually go away. I think I’d be ringing 111 or contacting the GP again

Have you done a pcr? I returned all negative lfts, but took myself for a PCR anyways as the LFTs are pants. Positive.

Pcr negative as well.

I was able to keep some things down but this evening less so.

If it keeps happening I will tomorrow. I feel like my throat is really irritated but not sure why.

I wonder what would be good to eat. I wonder if I need something a bit softer. Turns out roasted cauliflower wasn’t it!
