covid and breathing

I'm on day 5/6 and I don't have any symptoms except when I'm breathing in I'm getting pain in my shoulder blades area, is this normal? I wasn't sure if this was just an inflammatory response or if it's something I should keep an eye on

I think it was just an inflammatory response, next day I was ok and I'm even better now, just lingering headache :)
