Help! Post childbirth piles not going :(

Someone please help, I'm miserable. I gave birth a couple of months ago and I've had piles ever since. They settled down for a while but now they're back. I'm trying everything I can. High fibre diet, taking lactulose, pushing them back in, ice, baths, steroid cream, suppositories. It's really getting me down.
I'm going to ring the gp tomorrow but is there anything anyone can recommend? I want to be able to enjoy my baby but it's so hard when I'm so sore all the time. Please tell me this won't last forever?
It seems to be just one of them that keeps popping out. So tmi I know but I'm getting desperate!!

Nothing over the counter worked for me but Scheriproct prescribed by the GP is amazing- sorted in 24 hours. Hope you get sorted, there’s nothing worse x

@Star8181 that's what I've been given but it's just not working Hmm no idea why it's really getting me down. Maybe I need to be seen. It's hard to at the moment with covid.
Unless it's not piles but it definitely feels like it.

Oh I’m sorry. You definitely need someone to take a look! Insist on it. Have they become thrombosed piles maybe? I’ve heard worst case scenario you can have surgery to remove them but I believe it’s painful Shock

I would definitely go back. It could have become thrombosed as @Star8181 said - I had that and bloody hell, I could barely sit down!

Not to dash your hopes too much but I'm 20 odd years past giving birth and the piles never went away. They did get less painful though. Good luck!

My GP had to prescribe Xyloproct in the end for me and it was the only thing that helped. Please get yours to have a look (despite the feeling of mortification!).

Doctor said I've got to carry on with what I'm doing for 4 weeks before I can be referred to get them injected. 4 weeks!!! I have my postnatal check soon so he said he would have a look too. They're making me so depressed. I can't believe he wouldn't see me today. I even had a cry on the phone to them.
