I don't really know what I wanna put here or what answers I am hoping for - perhaps for people to let me know if they have experienced these symptoms since covid too?! I kinda wanna know if it's a result of not mixing for such a long time
I have caught two colds this winter. I can always manage with colds and they are just a pain and annoying and then they go. But these colds have resulted in these symptoms:
- a blocked nose to the point I literally cannot breathe through nose at all and nothing clears it
- incredibly dry back of mouth
- inflamed tonsils with white spots (antibiotics didn't clear it last time as it is viral and not bacterial! I always get bacterial tonsillitis and this is definitely not the same as bacterial proper floor me!!)
- waking up in the early hours unable to get back to sleep because I cannot breathe whatsoever through my nose
- utter exhaustion
- coughing
- incredibly sore dry mouth and throat that is almost painful at times
- loss of voice
- lasts for a month
I am not one to talk about health and I am overall lucky to have a great immune system and rarely get ill , but this is just depressing me now . I am stressed at the moment with a house move and working around a toddler but surely that can't be it ?!
