I tried the oil.
It was expensive and did nothing.

CBD oil: Have the benefits been overstated? www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-48950483

“ The researchers also found the presence in seven products of the solvent dichloromethane, which can cause wheezing and shortness of breath, at levels above food safety limits.
Some CBD products also contain very little of the advertised ingredient.
One sample, bought at a high street pharmacy chain, had no CBD in it at all and was selling for well over £50. Only 38% of the products tested had levels of CBD within 10% of the amount advertised on the bottle.”

Not tried them but was recently thinking of trying them for my anxiety. I suffer with health anxiety and had read some good reviews on them. What is it you would like them to help with?

Stress and anxiety. I'm hoping it will help to relax my very loud tummy 😔

Stress and anxiety was the reason I tried the CBD oil. I was so disappointed it didn’t work.

@OhLookMoreShit for your loud tummy, try daily kefir. Improved things, digestive wise, for me. It’s been proven to increase good gut bacteria.

They can be an acquired taste, some are sweeter/smoother than others. I do avoid the flavoured ones but they could be a way to ease into it. I just stick a glass on the scales and pour 100-150g worth. Easier to weigh than measuring and washing a jug each day.
