Any cholesterol / triglycerides / blood test experts on here?

I'm hoping someone can help me analyse my blood test results. They all came back in normal ranges, but a couple of them actually seem very low to me, and I don't know if they're weird. My doctor was quite happy with everything, but I don't know, are these odd cholesterol levels:

Total: 175 mg/dl
HDL: 62
LDL 104
Triglycerides: 43 (this is the one that seems low to me)

The other test that came back very low was the Westergren ESR: 2

All liver, kidney, thyroid etc right in the middle of normal range. B12: 356 pg/mL.

I am 40, female. BMI 24. I do intermittent fasting and the bloods were taken after about 15-16 hours of fasting I think.

Am I fretting over nothing (as usual)?

B12 is too low. Look into getting yourself a sublingual supplement or a spray to get it closer to the top of your lab range.

Is it? B12 was way over the lab range!

Oh, re-reading it, they do recommend it being over 400.
