Hi, I had anal rectocele surgery coming up to 4 weeks a go. I didn't have much bleeding afterwards but after about 10 days I am getting lots of bleeding and wondered if anyone else has had this and how long it takes to go away? Sorry if this sounds graphic but it feels like I am weeing blood from my bottom for a few minutes and it takes ages to stop. I'm not in any pain anymore and stopped taking Lactulose after a couple of weeks as not constipated. Hospital didn't give me any information after the operation so I don't know what to expect. It's starting to get me down now as can't trust going out walking etc in case bleeding suddenly starts. Thanks for reading. x
