What the hell is going on with my toes?!!

This is probably going to sound insane but figured someone may have an idea… or I’m completely losing my mind!

For the past three days I’ve had this feeling that there is something stuck between my big toe and the one beside it. Almost like something is rubbing against one or the other, I cannot for the life of me figure out which toe is rubbing which??
There is absolutely nothing there, no dry skin, no blister, not even a hair that could be irritating it.

I sound completely mad, don’t I? I can’t figure out what it is but it’s there and it’s driving me round the bend 😅 It’s like a phantom bloody irritation!

You could try soaking in saltwater if you think you might have something tiny stuck in there?

Could be early sign of athletes foot.

Thanks for replying. I’ve just had a look at what this is on NHS website.

There’s no irritation, no redness or pain. It’s literally just this feeling that something is between my toes 😖

This is the exact feeling I get ja few days before the irritated redness comes up when I have chilblains.
