Multi vitamins

I tested positive for covid-19 at the beginning of October and have caught every bug going since.
After spending the last 3 days in bed again I am wanting to take some multi vitamins to try and boost my recovery.
Having never taken them before I don't know what to choose. Has anyone got any suggestions on best brands etc?

Thanks

Weirdly enough, I was about to ask about vitamin supplements too so I'm jumping onboard for advice. I'm sorry you're struggling with health issues, I hope you get better soon. Flowers

I would look for multi vitamins and minerals.

Berrocca has helped me before, vitamin c, sambucol. New chapter vitamins. There are so many. Also, eat more fruits and veggies. Vitmain d spray, vitmain b12 also. I have a pretty strong immune system though, but I do take vitamins from time to time, esp if I have a little cold (rarely get them), but with three young kids, that is pretty good!

Nourished do personalised 3D printed gummy multivitamins - the website has a quiz to see what you need. I can't remember how highly rated they are but the concept is good.

I really recommend Nutri advanced - you can even phone and speak to the nutritionist for advice

I've always found Pharmaton Advance very good, especially after a period of illness. They have worked best at alleviating ongoing fatigue.
