Dodgy tummy - from exercise?

Background info: I'm paranoid because I'm supposed to be catching a flight to the UK tonight.

I went to the gym at 7am this morning, did a pretty intense HIIT session, with loads of work on abdominals. A couple of hours later, I started to feel really ropy. Really sore stomach around my solar plexus, and as if I want to be sick. No lower tummy pains, no diarrhoea, no actual urgent need to be sick, no temperature, no headache, no other symptoms.

Could this be just from the gym session? It's never happened before, but I've got a new trainer and he's a bit of a slave driver!

Just a bit worried about the flight. (Not so much about COVID, the symptoms don't fit at all.)
