Help. Weird spots on nose

So I've got really bad health anxiety and I keep getting these weird spots on the tip of my nose so obviously I'm thinking the worst.
They only last 2-3 days but they reoccur every month around the time of my period. They tingle a little but there's only ever just 1 whitehead. I thought it might be a coldsore but the tingling is the only characteristic that makes me think that. I've added a picture, anyone had something similar or know what it could be?

They are just hormonal spots, very common. Nothing to worry about.

Thanks, I had thought that, but the one I've got at the minute has a bit green/yellow scab🤷🏻‍♀️ thank you for the reply!
