...When do I need to worry?

Wet?

I wouldn't worry too much. DD's pooing habits change all the time. I think a few days between poos can be perfectly normal, as long as they are wet and they seem alert (the baby, not the nappies )

a few days of no poo is fine - then they do a huge huge poo and you will be wishing you were on a no poo day!! My MW told me that she has seen babies go 8-10 days without a poo! As Bumperlicious said - so long as you have lots of wet nappies and your baby is happy then don't worry!

My DD2 is 3 months and the longest she has left it was 2 and a half weeks
GP said she was fine and not to worry too much as long as she doesnt have hard tummy, as long as she isnt in pain and still producing plently of wet nappies

Oh wow! Thank everyone for the reassurances. She just exploded! She normally goes about 5 times a day! The other day she had 7 dirty nappies!
