Wednesday morning I was getting dressed and sort of bent my wrist and instantly I had a pins and needles feeling in my hand. Since then I've had it constantly, it's now up to my elbow and a numb feeling around my wrist. If I put any pressure on my elbow it makes it alot worse. It's driving me nuts. I haven't had any pain at any point or swelling. It worse when I put It in warm water. I was hoping it would have gone away by now but it hasn't. I can't get a doctors appointment for ages. I work in A&E so I can ask one of the nurses there for advice tomorrow but they can over react with staff and they will probably make me book in 🙄 What would you do?
