Can't be arsed to name-change - has anyone had this done?

4 years after ds's birth things don't feel anything like they used to despite pelvic floor exercises etc. Am starting to think that having 3 large babies very close together has knackered my parts somewhat. LVR sounds very appealing - has anyone got any experience of it?

There was this investigative journalism thing on telly recently where they investigated vaginal rejuvenation and took a porn star to see various doctors advertising the various methods. Each doctor slagged the other methods off, saying only his was good etc. Laser, interestingly enough, was deemed to be too aggressive by 4 of the 5 doctors questioned - two prpposed classic surgery with a scalpel, one proposed fat injections, one the laser surgery and the last I can't remember.

Anyways, at the end of all this they took the "patient" to a proper gynaecologist who said that there was absolutely no problem that pelvic floor exercises couldn't solve. Also she poo-pooed the various types of surgery on offer saying that they made negligeable difference and some were downright dangerous and could cause painful scarring.

Just thought I'd share. Not had it done myself but then I'm not too keen on the idea of someone fiddling around with my bits
