What could be causing my headaches?

I work Mon-Fri I wake up at 5.30am and travel to work to start for 7am. I then have 2 coffees with sugar, I then eat some breakfast at around 10am. I have a bit of lunch at around 1pm. I then finish work at 3pm. On my way home I feel nauseous and have a headache... every day. Only on my way home, on my way to work and up until lunch time I feel perfectly fine.

I’ve had blood tests which are showing that I’m not diabetic apparently. The GP literally said to me nothing is wrong, because if it was it would show up on my blood tests. I am so physically exhausted as well that when I get home I fall asleep on the sofa by 6pm and I nearly drift off during my lunch break too. I’m trying to keep hydrated and usually manage 2 cups of coffee and 2 bottles of water. Maybe it’s not enough, my job keeps me on my feet all day. Does anyone else experience this? Thanks

How old are you?

Mid 40s my hormones started to give me headaches and nausea. HRT generally keeps it under control for me but sometimes the hormones win.

I’m struggling at the moment, I think the year has caught up with me. Usual suspects are not enough water, not enough caffeine, too much computer screen.

Have you had a sight test lately?
How do you sleep at night?

Possible headache causes

Caffeine/sugar withdrawal
Sugar withdrawal
Eyesight issues (do you need glasses)
Hormones (is there a monthly pattern)
Tension (tense shoulders? Grinding or clenching teeth? Bad posture while working?)

Try switching one of your coffees to after lunch rather than first thing and see if it helps

Also are you having enough protein and slow release carb in your breakfast/lunch?

Lunch I eat pasta with vegetables or soup with bread or noodles usually.

Breakfast I eat 2 portions of cheese and some type of carb like toast and maybe some carrot sticks/cucumber.
