Ankle support

I have twisted my ankle twice within a week. Both times my foot rolled inwards and before I had really realised what had happened I was on the floor.
Now my ankle is a little bruised and swollen.

I’m now worried it’s going to keep happening as the tendons have been stretched. Is there anything I can do to stop my ankle rolling?

It's often the case that a sprained ankle becomes prone to injury and is never quite the same again.

A brace like this can be worn with a shoe and offers the ankle support while it heals: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kuangmi-Stabilizers-Auxiliary-Strength-Protection/dp/B01LFADFUK/ref=ascdff_B01LFADFUK/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310705025920&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=307420939339412630&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1006976&hvtargid=pla-562050778936&psc=1

We sometimes send people with severely or recurrently sprained ankles for physiotherapy. Whether or not this actually helps, I don't know.

A60 ankle support.

Don't wear it all the time, only activities when you feel more prone to injury.

Need to do some exercises, range of movement, strengthening, proprioception.

Thanks for the replies, I’ll look into the suggested supports.
My GP called today for an unrelated matter, I mentioned my ankle issue and he’s arranged a physio appointment for tomorrow!
