Mild head tremor/twitch

Just wondering whether I should go to GP about this. Over last few months I've noticed these mild head tremors. I'm in my late 50's. My head sort of feels 'fizzy' (can't think how else to describe it) and I feel a very slight movement/twitch forwards. Seems to occur randomly. Maybe a couple per day. I've had two today anyway. I'm not on any medication. Googling it just scares me so thought I'd ask here first to see if anyone else has these or if anyone has any advice. Thank you.

I would ask anyone to keep an eye on you how often it happens and also on your hands while you are doing something and sitting. It will help you to get a better picture.

Thank you. Don't want to worry my DH so haven't told him (and he hasn't noticed). But a good idea - might ask a friend to keep an eye out! My hands don't shake though.

A child in my dd’s class at school has had similar since having her covid jab. Could it be that?

That thought did cross my mind 🤔 Not sure just coincidence though in timing.

If it did coincide with a vaccine dose then please report to the Yellow Card Scheme (if you are in the U.K.). If it’s frequently associated with having had the vax then this will eventually show up in the data...but only if it gets reported to the scheme.
Hopefully it’s only a temporary thing! DD’s friend has had it for almost two months now.

It's difficult to know as have had 3 vaccines since Feb 2021 and not sure when I first noticed tremor. Just started sometime in last 6 months I think, possibly longer than this. I paid no attention to begin with.
